| In 1986, Albert Gehl
decided on buying the castle to save it from going to ruin. With
the help of his three sons, he begins the vast work of restoration. 1991, the
castle has become a listed building, that's why its rescue went on faster. Today, the association for the restoration of the castle St Sixte of Freistroff helps the Gehl brothers in their enormous program. |
